Today Fromto – the wishlist and gift shopping app – is released in an updated version 1.4.
There’s a new field that lets buyer coordinate the purchase called Internal notes, just below the normal Note field where the person creating the wish may enter details or a link to the gift. The new field is invisible to the recipient, so no worries that anything will be revealed.
An example use is to enter the name of person that buys the gift, if its someone that the list is not currently shared with (only persons the list is shared with are available in the From pick list).
Another example: Enter eg “1 advent” if the gift is for a particular weekend in December.
The information is also shown on the wish list in brackets next to the normal note.
Besides this, various smaller changes and bug fixes have been included in the release.
Fromto is a sibling to Grosh, the intelligent grocery list app, except it focuses on gift shopping instead of grocery shopping. You can download it for free from http://fromtoapp.com
