If you’re unsure if a Premium purchase has been made for the app, just head over to the menu.
- If there’s no item at the top called “Upgrade to Premium” then you’ve got Premium.
- If there’s a menu item called “Upgrade to Premium” then the app is currently unaware of a Premium purchases. This could be the case after e.g. reinstalling the app – or if Premium has never been purchased.
If you’ve paid for Premium but the app hasn’t registered this, select the “Upgrade to Premium” menu item to present the upgrade screen. Tap the “Restore premium purchase” button on the upgrade screen. This contacts Apple or Google and checks their purchase records:
- If restore cannot be restored, then there’s no valid subscription purchase. You may also manually verify this by visiting the listing of current subscriptions. On Android, look for Grosh under subscriptions on
https://play.google.com/store/account. On iOS, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap your Apple id at the top. Then tap View Apple ID and then choose Subscriptions.
- If a purchase had been made, it is restored and the menu will change to reflect this by hiding the “Upgrade to Premium” menu item.
