Grosh ships with a bunch of groceries in what we call the standard dictionary. This means that you just have to type a few characters in the text field above the grocery list to find the most typical groceries, just tap the item to add it to the shopping list. In general, most data in Grosh is crowdsourced by the users. When a number of users have added a new grocery item, it gets included in the standard dictionary of grocery items available to all users – so they don’t have to manually enter the entire item name. This way, Grosh gets smarter and smarter the more users that use the system. Of course, we thought of multi-language support from the start, so just select the language for grocery items under Settings, and you are using the standard dictionary of your local language.
