How does Grosh categorise my grocery items?

November 4, 2015

Grosh ships with a bunch of groceries in what we call the standard dictionary. When adding groceries from the standard dictionary to your shopping list, they automatically appear in the right category on your list. When adding new items to your grocery list, Grosh will try to categorise them based on how other users have categorised similar items. If you are not happy with the categorisation, you can just tap the grocery and change the categorisation. When you choose a category, you help yourself and other users by making the system smarter!
