All users have access to log screen that can be used when reporting bugs. Here’s how to use it:
- Tap Menu-Settings-Functions and scroll to the bottom.
- Toggle on “Support logging”
- Perform the action in the app that causes problems, then press the image at the top of the menu to access the log screen.
- Then tap the Clipboard icon bottom right to copy the log to the clipboard.
- Then open your mail program and send us a mail briefly describing the issue and at the end paste in the log contents at the bottom.
PS App logging will have a performance impact, so switch it off after the trouble shooting is done.
