How do I cancel the Premium subscription?

April 25, 2017

When you stop the payments, the subscription ends.

  • To stop the payments on Android,
https://play.google.com/store/account and find Grosh under subscriptions and tap Cancel subscription.
  • To stop payments on iOS, Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap your Apple id at the top. Then tap View Apple ID and then choose Subscriptions. You need to cancel the subscription at least 24 hours prior to the next subscription period starts. Read more at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039

If you’re a Premium user, the app will regularly check for valid subscription receipts from iTunes or Google Play – if there’s no paid subscription covering today, the premium features will be disabled.

How can i pay for the Premium subscription?

April 25, 2017

We offer payment through in-app purchase in Apple Appstore and Google Play.

What happens when a Premium subscription expires?

April 25, 2017

You’ll just lose access to all Premium features, but all your data is still in the system. For instance, if you’ve created stock lists and stop the Premium subscription, you’ll still have access to the stock list. However, you’ll not be able to create new stock lists until you renew the subscription.

How does Premium subscription renewal work?

April 25, 2017

It works as for any other Appstore or Google Play subscription, like for instance Netflix. You will get notified when the renewal is due and it is automatically renewed if you don’t stop the subscription.

Can Premium and non-premium users share lists?

April 25, 2017
